Why did constitutionalism develop in Poland-Lithuania, England, and the Dutch Republic?

There were several reasons why constitutionalism developed in these places. One reason was the profits from the slave trade allowed these governments to oppose absolutism and remain independent. It was the Dutch Republic and England that led the coalition to block Louis XIV's efforts to dominate all of Europe. They were also able to set up large scale farming operations and produce things like sugar for their home country.
