In some countries, citizens do not care enough to vote. But.... does the US have a 100% frequency? I don't think so... In some countries, citizens do not have the right to vote I think this is the best option. Even though in many countries people have the right to vote for local representatives, such as in Saudi Arabia, which many people don't know of. In some countries, citizens vote for communist leaders. well, this is partially true, but in that case , there isn't much choice( for example the list of candidates has only one person!) In some countries, citizens vote for monarchs. - there were some elective monarchs in the past, but I know of none now. false
