Also called as Agricultural Revolution or Demographic Transition. It happened first in Mesopotamia which is now known as Iraq. This revolution was a wide scale transition of a lot of cultures from hunting and gathering lifestyle into agriculture and settlement which caused an increase in a large population. The first plants that were domesticated are wheat, barley and other grains. The animals were pigs, cattle, goats and sheep. It happened around 9000 BC in the Fertile Crescent or Mesopotamia.
