What causes sweating during running to maintain homeostasis

Sweat is released as a result of high temperature levels, which begin to build up in the body. In order to maintain homeostasis the body must maintain a constant temp of ~98 degrees Fahrenheit. As the heat builds up your body begins to start dilating blood vessels at the surface of the skin. As the blood rushes to the surface the water in the plasma of the blood begins to leak, and then be sweated out, which then not only gets rid of heat, but will cool the body. However there are several other reasons you may be able to sweat. Nervousness can cause general sweating. Another thing that could happen, is that kidney failure, may cause your body to try and maintain it's homeostasis of a sterile not toxic environment and you will literally sweat out urine. This condition is called Uremic Frost.
