75/100 would be 1/4 because 4 in 1/4 is how many times you multiply ? to get 100                     so 4*?=100 25 times 4 equals 100 so now what times 4 equals 75                                           so 25*?=75 25 times 3 is 75 so if that is true then your answer is 3/4-3 out of 4
