The tenth is the first number after the decimal. Since you're rounding to the tenth if the number after the tenth place is 1-4 it stays the same and everything after is 0, if it's 5-9 add 1 to the tenths place and everything else turns to 0. 6.51, 1 is 1-4 so it drops and becomes 0. So your answer is 6.5 :)
