Given: Let K be Kevin J be Jasmin K = 5 fish J = 4K Solution: 1. K = 5 2. J = 4K 3. Subsitute K to J=4K 4. J=4(5) 5. J = 20 Therefore, Jasmin has 20 fishes.

If kevin has five fish and jasmin has four times as many fish as kevin has then you multiply what kevin has by how many times jasmin has more--> 5x4 Which equals 20 So jasmin has 20 fish.
