I think it's plus  because 2 is the slope and you subtract 2 from -1 and you get -3 and then subtract 1 from 2 to get 1. Then you do it again and you subtract 2 from -3 to get -5 and subtract 1 from 1 to get 0. SO now you have your y intercept which is (0,-5). SO it's plus -5 in parenthesees.
