The Federal Court System is divided into three court systems. The first one is the state or local court responsible for hearing the case submitted by a defendant and the accused. The second is the Court of Appeals or the Appellate Court wherein the second hearing of the trial is held and appeals for the state court will be reevaluated. The final and the highest form of court is the Supreme Court where Justices deliberate and make the final decisions about the case.
