For example if you want to convert lets say  0.20 you move the decimal 2 times to the right and add a % and that's it so the percent would be 20% this is for all decimals lets say you have like 0.04 you would move the decimal place 2 times so the percent would be 4%

I have a few examples to show you ... okay so lets start with 1 or 1.00 (Same thing) starting from the decimal, or after the number, move two spaces to the right. which gives you 100%  0.40   here, we start from the decimal, move two spaces to the right which gives you 40% 0.02 start from the decimal, move two spaces to the right which gives you 2% I Hope I Helped!!! :D
