part A:     firs multiply 9 to 3x and minus 16, after that subtract 15 from -144, then add both side to 129, then subtract 6x from both side,  at the end divide bothe side to 21, the answer is 5.    9(3x-16)+15=6x-24     27x-144+15 = 6x-24      27x-129 = 6x-24      27x = 6x -24 +129       27x = 6x +105       27x - 6x = 105      21x = 105        21x/21 = 105/21       x = 5
