The power along the circuit is calculated through the equation,                                P = I x R² where P is power in Watts, I is current in ampere, and R is resistance is Ohms. Substituting the known values from the given,                               P = (6.0 A) x (5 ohms)² = 150 Watts Thus, the power generated in the circuit is equal to 150 W.
