Well just subtract. 1/4-1/2=1/2. 1/2=0.5 in decimal form. To make it a percent just multiply that by 100. 0.5•100=50. So....50% is your answer. It can't be rounder to the nearest tenth because it is all ready a straight number ending in zero. Hoped I helped!
